Just realized my consistency with yoga at home is actually showing results
I can touch my toes now without bending my knees, which was impossible a month ago. It's neat how many free workout videos are popping up online, making it easier for everyone to start. Feels good to be part of this trend.

Hell yeah, that toe touch is huge. Small daily wins build up fast. I still use a strap for my hamstrings sometimes, no shame. Throw a pillow under your knees for pigeon pose, game changer. Those free videos are gold.

Wait, a pillow under the knees for pigeon pose? I've been doing that pose on just the hard floor for years and always thought my hips were just terrible. That one small change sounds like it would completely take the sharp pain out of it. It's funny how the best advice is often the simplest thing you never thought of. I guess I'm trying that tomorrow, because my current method is clearly not working.
