Just realized hitting 1,000 hours of gameplay in a single game actually meant something
I crossed 1,000 hours in Stardew Valley last night around 2 AM. Honestly, I used to think people who bragged about high playtime were just bored or avoiding real life, you know? But then I added up how many farms I've made, the crazy layouts I tried, and all the little secrets I finally figured out like the qi beans thing. It hit me that those hours weren't wasted, they were just... proof I really liked this game as a way to unwind after late shifts. I never thought I'd be that person with a triple-digit number in a single title, but here we are. Anyone else have a milestone number that made you change your mind about something?

Nah you're good, 1000 hours in Stardew is basically just the tutorial at that point, right? I think I hit 500 in Terraria before I finally admitted I had a problem.

Wait, you really think 1,000 hours is just the tutorial for Stardew Valley? Nah, that's way too much, you've gotta be past the early learning curve way before that. Most people get a solid hang of the game around 50 to 100 hours and just keep discovering new stuff to enjoy. I'd say 1,000 hours is more like proof you've mastered the whole thing, not just started it.
