Hit 1000 hours in Morrowind last week without realizing it

I booted up my old Xbox original last Tuesday to mess around in Morrowind for a bit. Checked the save file out of curiosity and it said 1002 hours. I honestly thought I was maybe at 600 or so. That game just eats time without you noticing because there's no fast travel and you're just walking everywhere. Still holds up if you can deal with the dice roll combat. Anyone else ever check their old saves and get surprised by the play time?

Wait does that Fable save still work on new Xboxes?

Figured I was the only one who still had a working original Xbox. My save file said 800 hours on Fable and I swore I barely touched it. Guess we're all in denial about how much time we spend wandering digital deserts.
