The great cold pizza debate... is it better straight from the fridge or microwaved?
I saw this poll on some food blog yesterday that said 62% of people prefer cold pizza over reheated. That surprised me because I always thought the microwave was the way to go. But then again, maybe those folks are onto something with the texture thing... what's your take on this?

My buddy Dave from work swears by fridge-cold pizza, says the cheese gets this weird snap when you bite into it. He left a slice on his counter once for two hours and microwaved it, then complained it turned into rubber cement. I still think cold pizza feels like eating a leftover science experiment, but hey, different strokes.
