Swapped out my bulky dish rack for a collapsible one
Realized my old dish rack took up half the counter, but this $12 collapsible one from Target folds flat in seconds. Now I actually have room to prep dinner without playing Tetris with wet plates. Anyone else made a small swap that freed up way more space than you expected?
