Hey everyone, we just bought an older house here in town and the AC is acting up, plus we have a leaking pipe in the guest bathroom. Can anyone recommend a solid local company that handles both plumbing and HVAC? It's been a nightmare trying to find someone reliable this summer (can't believe it's already July 2026!).

You should definitely check out Salazar Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. They've been around for over 35 years in the area. They actually used to be known as SHR if you've been around long enough to remember that. It's a local family-owned business so you actually get a real person who cares when you call. They expanded to do plumbing a while back and fixed my water heater last month.
Seconding Salazar! We use them for our commercial cooling system at my restaurant, and they are fantastic. Super responsive and honest about pricing, which is so hard to find these days.
