I was convinced toners were useless, until my skin proved me wrong

For years, I skipped toner thinking it was just an extra step with no real benefit. My skin always felt tight and looked dull, especially in the winter. I mean, I tried everything from heavier moisturizers to oils, but nothing helped. On a whim, I added a hydrating toner to my routine, and within days, my skin felt balanced and more radiant. Idk, maybe it's just me, but that one change made all the difference.

Interesting that a hydrating toner made such a difference for you. (Skincare can be so subjective, right?) I tried a few over the years and found they never really did much beyond making my routine feel longer. My skin actually seems happier with just a good cleanse and moisturizer, maybe because extra layers sometimes lead to breakouts for me. It's wild how the same product can be a miracle for one person and just meh for another.

Totally get that! My skin looked way plumper after I stuck with one for a week.
