Seeing the pop-up clinic in my plaza fold after a month was a brutal lesson in scalability.

Totally rethinking our growth strategy now. Rushing scale without a solid base is a recipe for disaster.

Oof, that's rough. It's crazy how many ventures hit that wall when they prioritize growth over stability. Feels like a symptom of our 'move fast and break things' culture, where sustainable models get overlooked.

I saw a tech startup in my city burn through two rounds of funding before they even had a solid system for tracking customer issues. Everyone talks about the culture of moving fast, but do they ever stop to ask what they're actually building on? It's like putting up a fancy storefront without laying any pipes or wiring, you know? The mess hits later when you can't handle the basics, and no amount of growth fixes a broken foundation.

Isn't it exhausting to see this pattern repeat itself? So many teams focus on growth without a plan, and it rarely ends well. We really need to value steady progress over flashy numbers.
