inA guy at the Denver meetup said my moon landing proof was weak
That's a tough way to learn, but switching to primary sources is the best move. It makes your argument way stronger for next time. Happens to everyone when they dig deeper into a topic!

inPSA: My air fryer basket handle snapped off last night right as I was pulling out some chicken thighs.
Probably cheaper to just buy the whole thing again.

inFinally picked a pattern for my window decals
Tried something similar with leftover vinyl strips on my patio door. Honestly surprised how well the cheap fixes work sometimes.

inI used to think our book club should only pick new books, but our 'classics only' month changed my mind
My old college lit professor used to say the only real test for a book is if it makes you argue with it. He was right. We did a month on sci-fi from the 60s and 70s, and I picked up one just to fill the slot. The way it handled tech and loneliness hit harder than any new release that year. It’s easy to assume old means out of touch, but sometimes they just had more time to get to the point.

inI finally stopped skipping the color profile step in my workflow
Check out your art on a cheap phone screen next to a high end monitor. That's where you see the difference. Markm27, if your stuff looks fine, maybe your colors are already safe and dull without you knowing. My old photos looked muddy until I fixed the profile step. It's not extra work, it's making sure what I see is what everyone else gets.
