Bricked my old Palm Pilot trying to upgrade the OS from a Win98 machine
Found my Palm m515 in a box last month and got all excited. Plugged it into my old Compaq desktop running Windows 98 and tried to update Palm OS 4.1 to 4.2. Halfway through the sync, the cable got knocked loose. Now it just shows a blank screen with a blinking battery icon. Tried the hard reset combo like 15 times but nothing. Anyone successfully reflash one of these after a botched update?
