Yeah the space crunch forces you to get smart. I started prepping stuff that uses the same few pots, like roasting a whole sheet pan of veggies and chicken for the week. Freezer bags are your best friend for saving space too, just lay them flat.

My cousin tried the flat freezer bag trick last winter. She packed all her soups flat to save room. Her freezer was a total jam after that. Things got lost in the back. A mystery bag thawed and leaked everywhere. Took her ages to scrub the sticky stuff off the shelves.
