Sketching that busker felt off even though everyone does it
I was drawing live at the market and included a musician playing guitar. Most urban sketchers say capturing street life is key, but I kept thinking he might not want to be part of my art without knowing. I mean, idk, maybe it's just me but it sits wrong to use someone's image like that. I ended up scribbling over his face in my book later.

Seriously, I just started asking. Most people say yes if you smile and show them the sketch. If they say no, I blur the face or turn it into a simple shape.

Have you tried just asking too? I did and got way more yeses than I thought.
