inTIL a new trick for cold water dives after a job in Seattle last month
Hold on, they put a tissue in the mask? That sounds like a disaster waiting to happen. One wrong move and you've got a soggy piece of paper stuck to your face. I can just picture it coming loose and floating right in front of your eyes. That seems like a great way to cause a problem instead of fixing one.

inRemember that refinery shutdown in Beaumont back in '08? The new safety regs after that changed how we do every single confined space entry now.
The tripod and winch is the way to go... we had to start using a second attendant outside with a dedicated comms line too. It adds time, but having that extra set of eyes and a clear way to call for help is non-negotiable now.

inLost a whole day's pay on a cheap mortar mixer that died after 3 hours
Man, that's a brutal way to learn that lesson. What kind of daily workload are you planning for this new mixer, like how many bags per day on average?

inHeads up: The light pollution over my backyard in Phoenix got way worse in just 6 months. Check your own sky.
Ever notice how every "upgrade" seems to make things a bit worse, like @colej74 said about the LEDs? They fix one thing but add a new problem, and we just have to live with it. It's the same story with everything from light pollution to phone updates.

inHas anyone tried Duane Buziak Mortgage Maestro for a refi?
What's the catch with those title fee savings, @nancyf23?
