I used to swear by a 20 minute power nap right after lunch, no exceptions. But last Tuesday my neighbor caught me in the hallway and said she naps at 4 because her body drops then, and she wakes up with way more energy. I tried it that same day, just 15 minutes on my couch with a thin blanket, and the difference was wild. That late afternoon slump hits harder than the post-lunch one for me, and I've done it every workday since. Has anyone else found their sweet spot is later than they thought, or am I the odd one out?
Tried the same thing after reading about it, and my 3:45 nap does way more for me than the one right after lunch ever did. It took about a week to get used to, but now I won't go back.
