Stuck between GPT-4 and Claude for 3 months, finally picked one
I kept switching between GPT-4 for coding and Claude for writing, but it was exhausting. Landed on Claude after it caught a bug in my Python script that GPT-4 missed twice. Anyone else find themselves flip-flopping between AI tools more than they expected?

You really hit on something with that point about "exhausting" yourself switching back and forth. I went through the exact same thing for a couple months. What finally made me stick with Claude was the same kind of story you tell here, catching a subtle logic issue in some code I was writing for a project. After that I just stopped trying to be perfect about it. I figured if an AI can see something I missed twice, that's good enough reason to settle down with one. Plus I noticed I was spending more time debating which tool to use than actually getting work done. At some point you just have to pick one and accept that no tool is going to be perfect for everything.

Totally get that. Sticking with one tool and just trusting it saves so much mental energy.
