Update: Realized my AI prompts were trash after 8 months of bad results

I was using the same lazy prompts like 'write a blog post about X' for almost a year. Then last week I finally tried a specific prompt with role assignment and example output format. The difference was night and day. Anyone else have that moment where they realized they had no idea how to properly talk to these tools?
