Just changed my mind on safety wire, one look at the pigtail changed it
I always twisted my safety wire tight and neat, thought the loose pigtail guys were just being lazy. Then an old A&P at the Hangar 5 shop showed me three cut fingers from grabbing a tight tail and said the pigtail is for your hands, nicked mine twice in the past month before that. What little habits did you have to unlearn the hard way?
