I thought the city's free tree program was a gimmick, but they planted a 6-foot desert willow in my yard last month.

The whole process took under an hour and the arborist gave me a sheet with specific watering instructions for our soil. Anyone else in the NE Heights had a good experience with this?

Actually had a pretty decent DMV visit last year. Got my license renewed in under an hour, and the clerk was surprisingly helpful. I know it's not everyone's story, but some offices have really improved with online appointments. Still a bit of a gamble depending on your location though.

Yeah the appointment system is a total game changer. I booked mine online for like 10:15 on a Tuesday, walked right past the huge line. Felt a little bad but mostly just relieved. Still had to do the eye test but the whole thing was shockingly painless.
