Question about using a $30 multimeter from the hardware store versus a $200 Fluke for diagnosing a fridge board
I picked the cheap one for a quick call last Tuesday and it gave me a false reading that made me replace a good compressor, so what's your go-to meter for board level stuff now?

How do you know the compressor was actually good? Maybe the cheap meter was right and you just got a bad new part.
