My sister called my snack plates 'chaotic spread syndrome'
She said I just drop things on the board with zero plan. Now I group items by color and texture, way easier to grab and eat.

Question if your sister actually eats off these boards or just criticizes them. Because my ex was obsessed with perfectly squared cheese cubes and matching cracker sizes, but half the time he'd just grab a handful of whatever was closest anyway. Does she have a better system or is she just being picky? Curious if the color grouping makes it harder to grab random stuff when you're half watching TV.

Oh man, chaotic spread syndrome sounds like the name of a punk band or something. In my experience, grouping stuff by color just makes it look like you're serving a charcuterie board designed by a graphic designer. But hey, if it tastes the same and is easier to grab, your sister can call it whatever she wants.
