Update: spent 45 minutes in the Kroger on High St fighting a stubborn brie rind
The rind on the $8 wheel of brie would not slice clean and kept squishing into the crackers, so I gave up and just put the whole wedge on the plate and let people hack at it, and honestly it worked better, has anyone else just stopped bothering with the cut?
