Wrote off those little jam packets as a kids thing, now my Thursday plate has 3 of them
My aunt in Boise put fig jam on a Ritz with brie at her birthday and I copied it the next morning, the sweet and salty thing just works. What other spreads am I sleeping on?

Three fig jam packets on one plate is how it starts, next thing you know you're buying the fancy jar at the store and hiding it from your kids. Honey and goat cheese on a cracker is a good next step, and pepper jelly over cream cheese is the sweet salty thing again but with a kick. Just don't blame me when Thursday plate turns into Thursday platter.
