Picked a tile saw over a grinder for my bathroom floor
I was redoing my master bath in Portland and had to choose between a wet tile saw and a diamond blade grinder. Went with the saw for 150 bucks at a rental place. The cuts were way cleaner, no chipping, and I saved about 3 hours of sanding. Anyone else found a tool choice that made a messy job way smoother?

Jumped into a similar decision when I did my kitchen backsplash last year. Went with the wet saw too, but @lane.drew's multi-tool tip for grout is spot on those oscillating blades save so much dust and mess compared to a grinder. For small jobs like a bathroom floor, a saw is usually the better bet cause you get those straight clean lines without fighting the corners like you do with a hand grinder.
