PSA: I swore by a certain way to phrase questions for years

I always thought you had to be super broad in an 'ask anything' space, but a post last Tuesday from a user named 'Maya' showed a super specific question got way better answers. She asked about handling a noisy neighbor in a Denver apartment building and got 40+ replies with real steps. Anyone else find that being specific works better here?

My friend had a weird issue with her car making a clicking sound only when turning left. She posted a super general "car problem help" question and got nothing. Next day she posted the exact year, model, and sound details, and like five people had the same fix. It really does seem like the details are what get you actual answers.

But what if you don't know the exact details? Sometimes you just need a starting point.
