Why does nobody admit they were doing laundry wrong their entire adult life?
I was at my sister's place in Denver 6 months ago and she watched me stuff my washer completely full, then asked why I even bothered separating colors. Turns out cramming it tight means clothes just rub dirt back on each other, and I only figured it out because my whites kept coming out gray for like 2 years.
Guilty as charged, my whites have been slowly turning gray for years and I just blamed the water. Pretty sure my washer has been begging me to stop stuffing it like a turkey this whole time.
