Dodge charger at the 5-star lot taught me a hard lesson
Pulled a 2020 Charger into the bay last Thursday. Looked clean from 10 feet. Started sanding the bumper and found 3 layers of bondo underneath. Previous shop just piled it on. Took me 6 hours to fix it right. You guys ever run into this kind of hack job from those discount body shops?

Found bondo hiding under a fresh paint job on a customer's truck last month. Looked great until I tapped the quarter panel with my finger and it caved in like wet cardboard. Guess that's what happens when you let a guy named "Tito's Special Rate" work on your car. Spent 8 hours chiseling that stuff off, thinking about all the times I half-assed something in my own garage and hoping karma wasn't watching too close. We've all been there, man. Just stings more when you're the one fixing it.

@mason798 nailed it with the Tito's Special Rate line... that's exactly the kind of shop that did this Charger. Three layers of bondo is insane, I bet they just kept adding more instead of pulling the dent. Took me half a day too, chipping off that mess and redoing the whole panel right.
