Reminds me of GPS killing our sense of direction. We trade knowing the place for just getting there.

But what about all the wrong turns we don't take anymore? GPS shuts down the happy accidents and weird little discoveries you make when you're a bit lost... we just get the efficient route instead of the interesting one. Feels like we're trading stories for speed.
