My whole setup almost went over the railing in a storm last night

A big wind came through around 2 AM and I heard a crash. My big planter box with six tomato plants tipped over because the cheap plastic trellis acted like a sail. I had to go out in the rain and drag everything back from the edge, getting soaked. Has anyone found a good way to really anchor things down without drilling into the concrete?

Oh man, that's the worst feeling. I had the same problem with my peppers. I ended up using those big, heavy-duty plant caddies with locking wheels. You can fill the base with sand or gravel for extra weight, and just roll the whole thing inside if a bad storm pops up. It saved my plants more than once.

My old plastic trellises were a total disaster until I switched to metal.
