A client's one comment about my fade blending changed my whole approach
Last month a regular in Portland told me my fades were sharp but the blend line looked like a hard stop. I was using the same clipper guard pattern for over 2 years, figured it was fine. So I started skipping the #2 guard entirely and freehanding with the lever open for the transition. Now I spend an extra 5 minutes on each cut and the difference is night and day. Anyone else had a customer point out something you thought you had dialed in?
