Remember my grandpa swore by a hot towel before a shave. He said it softened his tough beard better than any cream. Guess some old tricks just work.

Mason saying his grandpa swore by it really hits home. I mean, it's like we keep finding out the old way was right all along. My dad used to put a wet cloth on his back for aches instead of buying those expensive heat pads. Same with using vinegar to clean stuff, it works better than half the sprays. We get sold on new things so hard we forget the simple fixes that were already there.

Is it crazy how something so simple can make that much difference? I had a guy with skin that would get red and bumpy no matter what he tried. A hot towel for a minute before the lather, just like your Austin client said, changed everything for him. It's not just about being fancy, it actually does the work. Sometimes the basic stuff is the best stuff.
