I was in Tulsa last month visiting my uncle and stopped into a shop off 11th Street just to kill time. The guy at the first chair, Ray, has been cutting 41 years and he finished every neckline with a straight razor instead of the trimmer like I do. I tried it on three clients the next day and the lines came out cleaner with way less irritation. Any of you use a straight razor for the neckline, and how do you keep it sharp between cuts?
