Why does nobody mention the hair oil booth at the Saigon market on Bellaire?
Stopped by that little booth at the Hong Kong City Mall in Houston and the lady there mixed me a custom bottle of coconut and lemongrass oil for $6 that made my dry ends soft in like 4 washes, so now I am wondering what other cheap finds I have been walking past for years.

Wait, isn't that booth in Hong Kong City Mall actually? The Saigon market is a different spot down Bellaire, the one with the big food court inside. Both are worth a walk though, and now I need to go find that oil lady.
