I never thought I'd like slow TV until I binged this one series
Alright, so I always thought slow, atmospheric shows were just not for me. I'd skip them for action-packed stuff. But my buddy made me watch 'Mindhunter' on Netflix, and man, the first couple episodes felt like a drag. I almost turned it off. Then something clicked in episode three, and I ended up watching the whole season in two nights. Now I tell people to give shows a proper shot before they bail. It's made my watch list way more interesting.

Read that about The Wire, same deal with patience.

Yeah, I had that with Better Call Saul. The first season felt so slow compared to Breaking Bad, and I kept waiting for the big moments. But once I stopped expecting that and just got into the small character stuff, it completely sucked me in. It's now one of my favorite shows ever.
