inLost my keys for a week, swore they vanished, then found them tucked inside a book I hadn't opened in years, and now I'm way less of a skeptic lol.
Yeah, stuff like that makes you wonder how often we misplace things without realizing. In my experience, it's usually just our brains glitching, but sometimes it feels too weird to explain.

inSat at the diner booth forever, but my burger never got cold
Bus seats in summer soak up heat for hours.

inI never thought I'd like slow TV until I binged this one series
Yeah, I had that with Better Call Saul. The first season felt so slow compared to Breaking Bad, and I kept waiting for the big moments. But once I stopped expecting that and just got into the small character stuff, it completely sucked me in. It's now one of my favorite shows ever.

inJust realized the fix I did on my neighbor's truck bumper is still solid after six months
What did you even use to fix it? My uncle had a jeep where the passenger door wouldn't stay shut, so he just looped a ratchet strap around the whole cab and hooked it to the roll bar inside. That thing held for like three years, rain and snow and everything, until he finally sold it. Some of those janky fixes outlast the actual car parts, lol.

inOur team can't agree on jigs for making matching sets
Come on, jigs turn craft into factory work. Where's the skill in clamping everything down and running a router? You end up with copies, not pieces. A real cabinetmaker can match parts by eye and hand. That pride gets lost when you rely on a jig for everything. Feels like cheating the craft itself.
