Just read that glass with a coating cuts strikes by over 60 percent
I was looking up something else on the Audubon website and found this stat about bird safe glass coatings. They tested it at a big building in Chicago and the UV reflective film dropped window strikes from like 30 a week to barely any. Has anyone here tried that film or the little dot decals, and did they work as well for you?

Started feeling really bad for the birds after I saw a similar study a few years back. I put the dot decals on my patio door and honestly the difference was night and day, I used to hear those little thuds a couple times a week and now it's maybe once every few months. The UV film sounds promising too if the dots aren't cutting it for larger windows. It's just nice to know there's something simple that actually helps, you know?

Those dots work way better than most people realize.
