Appreciation post: My mini painting game is getting better

I used to avoid painting minis because I thought I'd ruin them. Watched a few tutorials and gave it a go last weekend. Started with some simple colors and a wash, and they turned out okay. My game night crew actually liked how they looked, which was a nice surprise. Still learning, but it feels good to improve, lmao.

Get what @tarawilson means here, snacks really are just snacks. People show up for the games and the chat, not the food. Stressing over it makes the whole thing less fun for you. I see this happen all the time with planning stuff. Just bring what you have and let it go.
