Dealing with constant wrist pain (from all that precise mouse work) is draining.

That bit about the goofy looking vertical mouse got me. My uncle swore by his for years, said it saved his wrist from surgery. I tried one once and felt like I had to learn how to use a computer all over again. Could never stick with it long enough to get used to it, went back to my normal mouse after a week. I guess some people just get the hang of those weird ergonomic things.

The parking space that wasn't there yesterday

That story reminds me of a friend who had something similar happen with a photo of his old apartment balcony. He swears the railing was always black, but a picture from a party years ago clearly shows it as white, and now every picture he finds has it white. It messed with his head so bad he had to ask his mom, and she confirmed it was always white. @emma_wood, you're right, it's the stuff that should be solid proof turning on you that really gets under your skin. Makes you wonder what tiny details in our own lives are just plain wrong.

TIL the spa in the new hotel downtown uses a warm towel steamer for their extractions and it's a game changer

Can't go back" is a real mood, I felt that. Honestly @ramirez.tara's ramen method sounds like a solid life hack for a tight budget. Steam is a game changer but you gotta work with what you've got.

The community potluck made me rethink my grandma's stew recipe

Totally get that. My mom's handwriting on her cookie recipe is the only thing that makes it taste right.

My new garden gnome started a silent war with the neighbor's flamingos.

Ever think @nathan289 should just let it grow?
