Lots of folks say fresh produce is too costly for cheap eating. I stuck to that idea and my food got really boring. The issue was I was buying random items without a plan. I changed by only getting what's on sale each week. For instance, zucchini was cheap so I grilled it for tacos and stir fry. This made my meals way better without spending more. Now I know fresh can fit a tight budget if you shop with care.

Take social media, for instance; everyone sees the same problems but no one fixes the system. It's because we're too focused on quick fixes instead of deep change. That's why the same issues pop up in so many areas of life. Until we address the core, we'll just keep seeing it everywhere.

Yeah, the "quick fixes instead of deep change" thing is so true. It's like putting a band-aid on a broken pipe. We do it with our diets, our budgets, everything.
