My forklift guy no-showed at 6am in Fresno, so I'm asking: do you cover for people or hold the line?
I had a 40 pallet drop at 7am and no operator, so I grabbed the keys and ran it myself while my foreman called three backups. Now half my crew says I should've sent him home, the other half says I saved us a $2,500 late fee, so which one of us is right here?
