Our inventory spreadsheet turned out to be the real problem, not the staff
I spent 6 months blaming my warehouse team for missing stock at our Tulsa location. Turns out the spreadsheet they were using had hidden rows that got deleted every time someone filtered by date. I caught it when one guy showed me his screen and the totals changed right in front of us. We switched to a simple shared database last week and the count finally matches the system. Has anyone else found that the tool was making their team look bad the whole time?
