Our Tuesday close dropped from 45 minutes to 12 after I started taping the prep list to the walk-in door
Heard our dish guy say 'nobody checks the clipboard' a couple weeks back, so I moved the closing tasks to where people actually stand. Anyone else found a spot in their shop that works better than the official one?
