PSA: switched our shop from daily standups to a shared log, and the log wins
Fifteen minutes every morning at 7 was eating almost 5 hours a week for a 9 person crew, so we moved updates to a running log and kept one 20 minute meeting on Mondays. Anyone else made this switch, and did the quiet people on your team start talking more or just stop talking at all?
