Swapped from Trello to Asana last month for our retail ops team
We run 4 warehouse pickers and 2 inventory clerks in Nashville and Trello just wasn't cutting it for tracking stock transfers. Asana's dependencies let me map out each step from order pick to shelving without cards getting lost. Has anyone else found a platform that actually handles multi-step supply chain tasks better?

Huh, never thought about Asana for warehouse flow. For the physical side of things do you have any kind of barcode scanning linked into it? That always seemed like the missing piece with those project boards.

barcode scanning linked into it"... yeah, that's where I'd push back a bit. Honestly, I think trying to make Asana work as a physical warehouse tool is overthinking it. The time you'd waste syncing scans and fighting with mobile views would eat up any gains. A simple whiteboard and a clipboard for counting beats fighting a digital board that wasn't built for that kind of real-time, hands-on work. Sometimes the analog way is just faster when you've got boxes and noise around you.
