The 45-minute vendor call that turned into a 90-second form change

We used to spend 45 minutes every Monday reconciling shipping labels against our invoice system, and I figured that was just the cost of doing business. Then our ops guy in Austin showed me one dropdown field that auto-populates the carrier code, and now the whole thing takes me 90 seconds. Has anyone else found a tiny form tweak that killed a weekly task like that?
