Finally gave up on zip ties for cable management behind my TV and switched to velcro rolls instead, night and day difference.

Zip ties were a nightmare every time I had to add or remove a single device, but with velcro I can swap my PlayStation in 30 seconds flat compared to 15 minutes of snipping and cussing, has anyone else made the switch?

Night and day difference" is exactly right - I spent a whole afternoon untangling a mess of zip ties that had somehow fused together behind my desk (don't ask). Made the switch last month and now I feel like an idiot for all those years of bleeding knuckles and broken snips. Velcro is basically adult scotch tape for electronics, way less embarrassing than my previous system of just shoving cables into the void.

Ha! I actually just watched some tech YouTuber rant about this exact thing a few days ago. He called zip ties the 'devil's invention' after a server move gone wrong. Made me laugh but also cringe because I've been there. The fused together part is brutal, I had a bundle from like 2018 that was essentially one solid plastic brick. Velcro is such a game changer though, especially when you need to swap a cable and don't want to start a whole project. Have you tried the rolls of it on Amazon? The pre-cut strips are okay but the big roll lets you cut custom lengths for thicker cable bundles.
