inI wasted $200 on a 'quick fix' forge lining that crumbled in a month...
Feel your pain, those shortcuts always cost more in the end.

inMy bullet journal saved me during a crazy Tuesday at the Denver office
Watched my friend's laptop die right before a huge client pitch last month. She calmly pulled out her bullet journal, flipped to her project tracker, and ran the whole meeting from her handwritten notes. Her boss was so impressed he asked for a copy of her layout. It was just a simple grid with some highlighters, but it saved the day.

inOverheard a barista say her bullet journal is just for 'brain dumping' and it made me rethink my whole system.

inHot take: The new AI art tool I tried last month completely missed the point of what I needed.
Reminds me of trying to use a smart thermostat that just won't stay on the simple schedule I set. It's always learning and adjusting, making the house too hot or cold because it thinks it knows better. We're surrounded by tech that adds layers of complexity when you just want the basic function. My car's touchscreen menu is the same way, burying the heater controls under three animated menus. Sometimes you just need the coffee cup, not the whole fancy cafe.
