Velcro strips beat zip ties for my TV wall mount, finally
Had a mess behind my 65 inch TV for six months, cables hanging like spaghetti. Tried zip ties twice and every time I had to swap an HDMI cable I needed scissors and patience. Last week I bought a roll of adhesive velcro strips for 8 bucks and it took me 20 minutes to redo the whole thing. Now each cable comes off the wall individually, no tools needed. Anyone else switch from zip ties to velcro and never look back?

That's the killer feature right there. Zip ties are a one-way street, you always gotta cut em and start over when you swap gear. Velcro lets you just peel one cable off the bundle and reroute it in five seconds flat. Even better, you can group cables that actually move together, like the power cord and the HDMI from the same box, and leave the others separate. Once I got a cheap label maker and tagged each strip, wall management became a five minute job instead of a Saturday project.
