Cardboard cost me $40 before I learned about free beer boxes

Was buying moving boxes at U-Haul for like $3 each. Felt dumb. Went to a local craft brewery last week, asked if they had empties. Dude pointed to a stack in back. Gave me 15 heavy duty box flats for free. They're thicker than store stuff. Anyone else hit up liquor stores or breweries for cardboard?

Hit up a liquor store near me, got a bunch of free wine boxes, they're solid for packing.
