Just learned from an HR friend that 75% of resumes get filtered out by AI before a human ever sees them
She said the key is matching exact keywords from the job description without going overboard, has anyone else had luck tweaking their resume this way and actually getting more callbacks?

Tweak your resume for each job you apply to, it's a pain but it works. Just copy paste their exact keywords from the posting into the skills section, that's what got me through the filter.

Wait, are you serious? Cause I used to be one of those people who thought copying keywords was kinda cheating or lazy. But honestly, after seeing how many apps go straight into a black hole, I get it now. The bots are just scanning for those exact words anyway, so if you don't match them, your resume gets tossed before a human ever sees it. I tried it on my last few applications and actually got callbacks, which never happened before. It feels kinda dumb but hey, it's the system we gotta work with. You're totally right about it being a pain, but at least it actually does something useful.
