Just realized I've cut over 10,000 linear feet of crown molding this year alone.

It hit me when I was cleaning out the truck and found all my old cut lists. Anyone else have a number that made them stop and think?

Wow, that's a wild number to actually see written down. I used to think of it as just another cut until a job made me stack all the pieces at once.

My buddy had to sort a huge box of old receipts for his boss. He said it felt endless until he laid them all out on the floor. The whole living room was covered in paper, just this sea of white slips. That's when it hit him how big the job really was.
